Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of ScatSports HQ ("we", "us") for the ScatSports HQ apps for Windows and Fire TV, this website and our support channels (together, "the service").
1. What ScatSports HQ is
ScatSports HQ is media player software. It does not include, sell, host, or provide any channels, streams, playlists, subscriptions, or content, and we do not recommend or partner with any provider. You supply your own source on your own device and must have the legal right to view anything you play.
2. Your account and license
Subject to these terms and an active trial or paid plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on up to 5 of your devices. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app, bundle it with any content, playlist, credentials or provider service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Keep your license key private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: legally obtained content only. We may suspend or end licenses used unlawfully or abusively.
4. Plans, trials and payment
- Plans: $6.99 for 1 month, $29 for 6 months, or $49 for 1 year. Prices are in USD, plus any applicable tax.
- New users can request a free 24-hour trial. It needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid plan.
- Plans are paid once per term by Venmo or cryptocurrency, using the order ID shown at checkout. Your license key is issued through our Telegram support after we confirm payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
- Price changes apply only to terms bought after the change.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
7. Third-party services and data
The app may show sports schedules, scores and other data from third-party services. We do not guarantee their availability or accuracy. Any odds shown are for information only; we do not take bets or link to sportsbooks. We are not responsible for any source you connect, and your relationship with your provider is between you and them.
8. Updates and changes to the service
We may update the app to fix problems, improve features or meet legal requirements. We may change or end features with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Intellectual property and trademarks
The app, website and ScatSports HQ brand belong to us. Team and league names, where used, are for identification only. ScatSports HQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, or broadcaster. Copyright concerns: see our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
10. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you break these terms. Sections 7 and 9 to 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
The governing law and venue for these terms will be stated here before paid plans open.
14. Changes and contact
