Billing questions
Does my subscription include channels?
No. Scat Pro is a software license only. It includes no channels, streams, playlists, content or provider subscriptions. You connect your own lawfully obtained provider.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with the trial form using your name and an email or Telegram username. No payment details are needed. Your 24-hour trial key comes through Telegram support.
How do I pay?
Pick a plan, choose Venmo or crypto, and you get a short order ID. Send the exact amount with the order ID, then message the order ID to our Telegram support to receive your license key.
What is the refund policy?
Nothing renews automatically. If the app does not work for you, we fix it or refund the payment (7 days for monthly, 14 days for 6-month and 1-year plans). Details are in the Refund Policy.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. When your term ends, simply buy a different plan.
