ScatSports HQ is a media player. It ships with no channels, streams, playlists or content, and we do not sell, recommend or partner with any content provider. Whatever you play is something you supplied yourself.

Legally obtained content only

Use ScatSports HQ only with sources you have the legal right to access, such as a subscription you lawfully purchased, content you own, or free-to-air and public streams you are allowed to view. You are responsible for making sure your source is licensed where you live.

You may not

• Use the app to access, record, rebroadcast or share content you do not have the right to view.
• Bundle, sell or distribute the app together with playlists, credentials, channel lists or provider subscriptions.
• Advertise the app as including channels, sports packages or "free" content.
• Share, resell or publish license keys, or try to bypass licensing or device limits.
• Reverse engineer, attack, overload or probe our servers or other users' devices, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use the app or our support channels to harass people or break any law.

Enforcement

We may suspend or end a license that breaks this policy, without a refund. We respond to valid copyright notices as described in our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
