Refund Policy

ScatSports HQ is player software. You are paying for the app and its features only. We do not sell or provide channels, streams, playlists or provider subscriptions, so we cannot refund anything you paid to a third-party provider.

Free trial

New users can request a free 24-hour trial. It needs no payment details and is never converted into a paid plan automatically.

How payment works

Plans are paid once per term by Venmo or cryptocurrency. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When a term ends, you can buy another one if you want to.

Monthly plan ($6.99 per month)

• If the app does not work on your device, contact support within 7 days of your payment and we will fix it or refund that payment.
• We do not give partial refunds for unused days in a month.

6-month and 1-year plans ($29 and $49)

• Full refund if you ask within 14 days of your payment.
• After 14 days, you keep access until the term ends. Prepaid time is not refunded after 14 days, except where the law requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Contact our Telegram support bot with your order ID. Approved Venmo refunds go back to the Venmo account that paid. Approved crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to an address you give us, for the USD amount you paid; network fees may be deducted.

Abuse

We may refuse refunds for licenses suspended under our Acceptable Use Policy, or for repeated refund requests.

Your local consumer laws may give you more rights. Nothing in this policy limits them.
